Receiving a board package

Before an outing is planned around a new package, distinguish a submitted request from confirmed dispatch. The Paddle Latitude reference identifies the request details only. Address changes and delivery questions can be sent to support@paddlelatitude.shop; do not assume the record sets an arrival date.

The delivery charge is $12.95 for goods below $250 and zero once the goods subtotal reaches $250. That threshold is calculated before the eligible 10% newsletter reduction. The offer reduces merchandise, leaving any delivery charge unchanged.

On receipt, open wrapping without cutting against the inflatable board, then inspect seams, valve, included paddle sections, pump, bag and fin. Preserve the packing if anything appears damaged or missing. Keep the board dry for storage, and protect fin fittings from pressure while repacking. Any delivery or return enquiry should identify the package, the affected component and the packaging condition; avoid launching equipment while a visible defect remains unresolved.
